🧑‍🎓 Eligibility Criteria

📍 For CDO Level 1:

• Qualification: Graduate in Economics, Commerce, Management, Agriculture, Computer Application, etc.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in cooperative institutions preferred.
• Age Limit: Max 50 years as of 01 Jan 2025

📍 For CDO Level 2:

• Qualification: Postgraduate in Economics, Commerce, Rural Development, Finance, Management, Banking, etc.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years in cooperatives/rural finance with preference for research and digital platform experience.
• Age Limit: Max 62 years as of 01 Jan 2025

📝 Job Responsibilities

🔹 CDO Level 1:

• Assist in accreditation, certification, training programs, cooperative data handling.
• Organize seminars, workshops, and IEC material development.
• Support fieldwork, research, client relations.

🔹 CDO Level 2:

• Lead study/research in cooperatives, handle digital platforms, and support policy development.
• Build institutional linkages and handle data/research publications.

💼 Contract Terms:

• Tenure: 2 years (extendable up to 4 years total)
• Remuneration:
  • CDO L1: ₹65,000/month
  • CDO L2: ₹85,000/month
    (Higher pay possible based on qualifications)
